The outcome of each match-up is determined by the skill of the player, including the physical ability to control the character, and the mental ability to follow through. There are no randomly generated elements in the game mechanics. Therefore, no licensing or registration of players is required in any jurisdiction, unless implicitly stated otherwise in the laws of the respective country. No such country or territory is known to the authors of the game at the time of publication of this whitepaper. As the game economy is based on an internal DEATH token which has no other monetary value outside the game, no taxes are applicable to holders of DEATH tokens. However, if a holder of a DEATH Token chooses to sell his or her tokens for fiat or digital currency, he/she may be subjected to taxation, depending on jurisdiction of residence. Influencer Death Match bears no responsibility for any taxation issues arising from surrendering of Influencer Death Token on a secondary market.
